POLICIES & WAIVERS:
Release of Liability:
We release and hold harmless Prepskills Inc., its owners, staff, contractors, and the location, from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the student, while in or upon the premises under the control and supervision of Prepskills Inc., its owners, staff, and contractors, or on route to or from the premises.
Medical Emergency:
We give permission to Prepskills Inc., its owners, staff, contractors to seek medical treatment for the student in the event they are not able to reach parents or nominated alternate authorized emergency contact. We hereby declare any physical/mental issues, restrictions, or conditions and/or declare the student to be in good physical and mental health.
Media Authorization:
We give permission to Prepskills Inc. to take and publish photographs and/or videos of my child for marketing and promotion purposes in print and electronic media. We understand that there will be no compensation for any photograph or videos which may be used in this capacity.
Allergies:
Prepskills Inc. is a nut free/ scent free environment. We agree to not send in any items containing nut products.
Refund and Withdrawal:
Tuition is non-refundable. We understand and agree to our obligation to pay all fees; there is no refund, transfer, credit, or reduction in fees for withdrawals, absences, dismissal, or cancellation.
Fieldtrips and Off-Ste Activities:
We give permission for our child to participate in field trips and activities throughout the course of the year. Parents will be informed of the day, time, venue, and method of transportation for each field trip in advance.
Walking Excursions and Outdoor Time:
Weather permitting, on occasion students may have outdoor time at Snider Parkette on 2 Lytton Blvd. Students may also occasionally participate in walking excursions for fieldtrips in the neighbourhood. We give permission for our child to participate in the activities.

Kindred Spirits is designed to help Children connect to a deeper and greater understanding and appreciation of life and the potential that it offers. Life is a gift, and the best way to honour that gift is to, like a butterfly, simply take wing and fly!
At our programs, we encourage exploration through project-based learning style and integrated curriculum to instill a holistic approach to problem solving and achieving success. Students take ownership of their educational journey, while building their self-confidence.
Class sizes are 1:8 for PreSchool program and 1:12 for PrepJunior program. Classes are of mixed age groups in a non-traditional class setting where student are free to engage and explore the space and interactions.
Prepskills® Kindred Spirits Enrichment ™ Program is held at 2657 Yonge St, Toronto (Yonge St. & Lawrence Ave.). It’s an open free-flowing learning space. Full of sunshine, colour, brightness from the outdoors shining through to our welcoming and Butterfly-Inspired environment for discovery, learning, and play.
Our team consists of nurturing, positive, encouraging, and innovative Ontario Certified Teachers and/or Registered Early Childhood Educators.
